This is the opening ceremony of the new Atlantis Resort on Palm Island in Dubai. Just to put it in perspective for you, that outer ring is more than 11 kilometers long. It's nice to know that not everyone is suffering.
I'm sure when we open the Olympics here they will just hand out a bunch of sparklers.
