We lost one of the great ones yesterday. Paul Newman died at 83. He was a man far deeper than his talent, his humanitarian efforts, especially in regards to children, should be the guide by which we live.
It was actually through an interview I saw of him when I was about 4 that led to my life long passion of auto racing. I met him once briefly years ago, and I thanked him. He said you would have found it without me, but I doubt that.
I knew he had been ill for some time, and I'm sure the checkered flag brought peace to both him and his family.
Rest well Paul
I leave you with a great scene from a great movie.
